Wednesday Night Rides

Rides start first Wed of April @ 5:30 PM sharp, weather permitting, be sure to check forum.
Location: Millennium Press 570 Silver St. Agawam, MA
Date: Wednesday nights @ 5:30PM
Description: Weekly 25-40 mile ride. Social pace, no one gets dropped, optional run to follow.
Please review Group Cycling Etiquette and Paceline Techniques prior to first time on this ride.

Ability: B (B+) Ride

 

Saturday Rides

Rides starting mid April – weather permitting, be sure to check forum.
Location: Westfield Brewing – 707 College Highway, Southwick, MA or nearby.
Date: Saturday mornings between 7:00AM & 8:00AM (check Forum for details)
Description: This is a B / C ability ride. Rides tend to be in the 3 to 5 hour length and vary from week to week in terrain, check the forum for more information. Some weeks are hilly, some are flat. Pace is usually casual and it’s generally a “no-drop” atmosphere.

Open Water Swims

Crystal Lake
Day of Week: Mon/Wed/Fri between 5 & 6 AM varying days, best to check the forum on attendees
Location: State boat launch, Crystal Lake, Stafford, CT
Description: Weekly Swim workouts varying distances, wetsuit recommended in early season.

Russell Pond
Day of Week: Mon/Wed/Fri @ 5:00 AM varying days, best to check the forum on attendees
Location: Russell Pond, Russell, MA
Description: Weekly swim workouts, varying distances (typically 1 mile), wetsuit recommended early season.

Note that open water swims tend to be a little less “regular” than some of our other workouts and are usually smaller groups of 2-5 people. While we welcome prospective members to come try one out, we caution against showing up at one of these locales without first checking the forum to ensure others are actually attending.
